American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her acting career by playing supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). On the FX series Dirt, she was Willa McPherson, a reporter. She also played the supporting role on the short-lived series The Ex List. In the first season of FX's American Horror Story, she was Moira O'Hara's young character. She was later Kaylee in season three. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices a variety of characters from the animated comedy series of Family Guy. She has been the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Virgin River on Netflix since the year 2019. Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was raised in Darien in Connecticut. She moved to California with her mother at the age of 10. They moved around for one year before they settled in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was interested in acting, photography, and singing at age 13.
