Antonina Shevchenko is a Kyrgyzstani Muaythai fighter from Peru as well as a mixed martial arts artist who is a part of in the UFC in the Flyweight Division. She is an Kyrgyzstani. She is the younger sister of her fellow UFC fighter and former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko started her journey into combat sports in the form of a Muay Thai kickboxer. Shevchenko made her debut in the IFMA World Championship Tournament of 2003. Shevchenko defeated Suzane McKell in the finals via a majority verdict. Antonina received a gold medal in 2007, a silver medal in 2008, a silver in 2007 and an award of bronze in 2008, and a gold medal gold in the year 2011. Then she was named IFMA World Amateur Muay Thailand Champion 2016 by the IFMA. Antonia began her professional journey in 2003, and she won the WKC K-1 Light Welterweight World Championship in 2012, the Lion Fight Lightweight Championship in 2016 and the WMC and Phoenix FC World Championships in 2016. Antonina was the last time she fought Isa Tidblad Keskikangas at the Phoenix Fighting Championship. The fight was won by an unanimous decision. Antonina Shychenko's first professional MMA debut was in 2002, at the KFK Cup in Kyrgystan where she was matched against Anara Bayanova. She won this fight via TKO at the end of round 2. Her two subsequent matches were held in WXF X-Impact World Championships. Shevchenko was forced to take a absence from MMA and devoted her time to boxing. Shevchenko made her comeback in 2017 when she fought Anissa Diddaoui. Shevchenko won against Anissa with a unanimous vote before she fought Valerie Domergue in Phoenix FC 4. She resigned from the organization and began Dana White's Contender Series 2018. Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina used her superior striking skills and striking skills to TKO Nievera in the clinch by knees on the body.
